You will have the option to choose from document translation, audio translation services, video translation services, certified document translation, localization services, government translation services.

  3. These include the required output format, level of urgency and date of delivery. This information will be passed on to the project managers.

Fruitful Negotiations.
  1. As soon as we receive all information needed, we proceed to determine the final price based on the factors which you can also review below in the section Service Final Price Calculation. We create a price offer based on the client’s needs and requirements.

  2. When we agree on the final price offer and delivery date, we proceed with signing an agreement for the service to be provided and payment for the service.

Timely Process.
  1. Now, our project managers can start preparing the assignment by getting all files ready and finding the linguist that perfectly fits the requirements.

  2. We search in our vast database of linguists and technicians that offer the service required. We consider their native language, previous experience, knowledge on the topic at hand, technical know-how (if required) capacity, price and availability.

  3. Based on that, we contact suitable candidates and, as soon the files are assigned, the process of completing your order can start.

The Magic.
  1. In order to achieve a seamless workflow, especially if there are various steps and linguists needed to complete the assignment successfully and timely, we find linguists for each step and determine deadlines for them in the beginning.

  2. For the assignments, we use CAT tools – Computer Assisted Translation tools – which allow linguists to work faster, more efficiently, consistently, and precise, they make it possible to create glossaries and translation memories from all previous translations.

  3. Furthermore, managing each step of the process and passing the texts to the next linguist is much easier and any changes can be implemented very quickly.

Unforeseen Consequences.
  1. While we do our best to plan ahead and keep the workflow moving, there are events that can affect the process and, in the end, the final delivery.

  2. Offering a variety of languages means, that the linguists live in different corners of the world, thus having different time zones. This might affect responsiveness in case of urgency.

  3. We are of course dependent on public utility and internet service and subject to environmental and political instabilities, if present, as well as emergencies out of our hands, which might affect the process.
In case of such event, we try to inform all parts involved as soon as possible so that possible delays or any other repercussions can be minimized.

Delivery.
  1. In this final stage, we perform final checks of the document/material to be delivered, we adjust minor errors, and graphical imperfections, if present, prepare the final delivery package and deliver it to the client as agreed.

  2. The client has 2 weeks to review the materials and, if applicable, request changes, that are within scope of the original agreement, such as minor changes in terminology to be applied.

  3. In case the client is not satisfied with the delivered materials, we compare the comments of the client with the agreed terms of the agreement, we might call in another linguist or technician, as applicable, to review and give an independent opinion on the materials and based on this assessment and client’s comments we try to come to an agreement that is acceptable and satisfactory for all parties involved.
